“We submitted an insurance claim in the beginning of April. After 2 months of endless emails, phone calls, multiple in home estimates, causation reviews, the list goes on and on. The insurance company ultimately tried to settle the claim with a check for half of the lowest estimate I submitted after they sent out their own adjuster and stated we needed to submit a certificate of completed repair in order to get the remainder of the settled amount. WHAT? Good glory! We were defeated. I finally contacted Scott at Commonwealth Adjusters. He is knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and honest. He met us the very same day I called and ultimately got us every penny of the endorsement we were entitled to and it only took him a week! I wish I knew I could have called him in the beginning, our home repairs would have been completed buy now. If we ever have a claim with the insurance company again, my first call will be to Scott.
